Viki Jenkins is the long-(vicariously)-suffering wife of daredevil Dutch Jenkins, known to all and sundry as "Dutch the Clutch".
Background
There is seemingly nothing her hubby cannot do, and almost certainly nothing he will not do, as he attempts ever more impressive and terrifying feats. Louis, her stepson, engages Shawn and Gus as stunt testers, and Viki welcomes them as such.
