Mekhi Thira Phifer is a New York born and raised actor who made his name in the 1995 Spike Lee film Clockers, playing a young drug dealer. On TV, he is probably most associated with his role as Dr. Gregory Pratt on ER, and has had long running parts on Lie To Me and the BBC's Doctor Who spin-off, Torchwood. He portrayed Drake Clemon on the USA Network hit series Psych.
