|Former Police Detective|
|Family:||Bea Gamble (wife)|
|Aliases:||Uncle Lou (for Shawn)|
Lou Gamble was a partner and friend of Henry Spencer who worked with him for years, including on the investigation of the disappearance of Veronica Towne. He, along with Henry's friends Jerry Carp and Jack Atwater, was part of a police cover-up on the case. He is portrayed by Tom Pickett.
Lou Gamble was married to Bea Gamble and was close to the Spencer family, as he was called "Uncle Lou" by Shawn Spencer. In 1991, Gamble was part of a missing persons case involving Veronica Towne. Gamble and two of the other officers working on the case, Carp and Atwater, were covering up the actions of Ellis Beaumont for $50,000 each. Jordon Beaumont, Ellis' son, was Henry's prime suspect. In "Santabarbaratown", it is revealed that Lou had died four years ago from a heart attack.
- Shawn claimed that Lou had a thousand jokes about hemorrhoids, all of which were hilarious.
- Based on the release date of "Santabarbaratown" in 2012, that would put his death sometime in 2008.
