Extradition II: The Actual Extradition PartEdit
In "Extradition II: The Actual Extradition Part", Frank is doing time in the same minimum security facility as Pierre Despereaux, since a weapons possession charge was the only thing the cops could actually get him on. He has a gorgeous, and apparently unsatisfied, wife, Valeria, who 'befriends' Pierre, and persuades him to 'break out and see her sometime'. When Shawn and Gus visit him, Pierre does exactly this, regaling them on the way with Frank's ruthless reputation, since his organization hasn't missed a beat, even with him incarcerated. Pierre, however, is set up during his sojourn to look like the murderer of the Crown Prosecutor, and ends up breaking out once more, in an endeavor to prove his innocence. Shawn has always believed in Pierre, who is, in his words "so freaking awesome", and so he and Gus take Lassiter, Juliet and the local police to Frank's house, to arrest him for the Prosecutor's murder. Sadly for him, Frank is already in the pool, floating - face down, since it was in fact Valeria all the time who ran the gang, killed the Prosecutor, framed Pierre and tied up the loose ends, i.e. him. Valeria is eventually captured, due to Pierre, Gus and Shawn's efforts, and Pierre's innocence in the matter of murder established, leaving him free to be extradited to the States.
