Charlos is a stage manager in "Psych: The Musical", cropping up at the performance of 'Ripper!'. He ensures that the show goes on, despite the havoc being wrought on and off-stage by Shawn and Gus, as well as Lassiter and Juliet among others. His total focus could perhaps best be summed up in the four words, "The play's the thing".
